Each Sunday at 11 am (except in August), an
international community in Rome gathers to
celebrate the Mass in English at the Jesuit Church
of St. Francis Xavier "del Caravita" on Via del
Caravita, 7 (near the Via del Corso and the Piazza
di Sant'Ignazio, not far from the Pantheon). Our
community especially welcomes the large number of
English-speaking tourists and pilgrims visiting
Rome each year with a special welcome for those who
might have left the Church or stand on the fringe
for whatever reason. All are welcome to join the
Caravita community for the Sunday Mass in English
which is usually followed by refreshments and
socializing.
